PAYMENT METHODS
Our shopping cart is set up to accept 3 different payment methods.

You can use our shopping cart and choose the payment method you would like to use. We use
a secure socket layer when gathering credit card information. This information is
encrypted to keep your credit card information safe. We only ship to the credit card
holders address.
When making payment by money order please use our
shopping cart. This enables us to gather the items you have chosen and prepare them for
shipping. We will hold these items for 10 days from the date you submit your order, if
we do not receive payment in that time, the items will be returned to our shelves. Please
make money orders payable to Harvest House and include a printed copy of
your shopping cart invoice.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days, should there be a delay we will notify you. Also, tin ceiling lights may have
additional shipping time. US shipping rates as follows:
Shipping is 4.49 plus 10% of your order. Our shopping cart will
calculate your shipping charges and add them to your total..
Example: If your total purchase is $25.00, you would pay 6.99 (4.49 plus 2.50)
We only ship to areas in the United States.
Shipping charges will be adjusted for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied please
notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a return number. Items must be
returned within two weeks. We will gladly refund your purchase price minus shipping
charges. Please insure all returned packages. All items must
be returned in saleable condition for a refund to be issued. Lighting fixtures
may not be returned if they were previously installed.We pack all items with care, but should an item arrive damaged retain all packing material
and notify us within 7 days of receipt.
If we special order items for you and you return these items you will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee.

We strive to give you pictures and descriptions that best describe the
products we sell, but
because of the hand crafted and primitive nature of our giftware, there may be slight
variations. Also, many of our items are purposely aged in order to give them a primitive
or old appearance. Tin and metal finishes may also have slight variations in there
finishes to add to the aged look of the piece.
- If an order is retuned to us due to the carrier or postal service not being
able to deliver your order to the address you have supplied us with, we will not credit your shipping charges, just your
merchandise charges minus a 15% restocking fee..
Refused orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee and
shipping charges.
We do not sell our customer information
or mailing list.
